The Rakyat is angry and would like to demand a plausible explanation from the Selangor MB, YB Amirudin Shari, for claiming that residents and rakyat need to be 'fair' to the developer. Since when does YB Amirudin work for said developer PJDLink?
According to the Selangor State project management 'DUE PROCESS' -- if the developer does not produce 'any form of documentation (EIA, SIA, TIA) that renders logical facts and figures, there is no need for any meetings, discussions between Developer and Rakyat. MBPJ can rebut the Developer. Said Developer has to convince the local councils management, and elected reps. Why was this not complied even since 2012? Hasn't the lesson been learnt yet? Why is the state so kind to developers?
The contention here: 1. The state is not following their Buku Jingga Manifesto; i.e "No tolled highways in Selangor"; 2. No governance, proper prioritisation, basic assessment studies, in the project management and selection criteria, since this project was 'sneaked into ' MTES' meeting; 3. Without considering proper CBA (cost benefit analysis), 4. disregard of Rakyat's demands for a more seamless, progressive public transport, 5. State govt shoving down the throats of rakyat , for an irrelevant highway project, and many more.
The Rakyat is waiting for answers from relevant parties asap.
