For years, this franchise has been unable to capitalize on its talent & continually underperforms in the playoffs & against teams with losing records. This season has been nothing short of a disaster. After starting 7-2-1 & looking like a sure AFC North division champion, the Steelers have dropped to 8-6-1 & will surely miss the playoffs. You can blame the defense, the kicking, the officials' calls...at some point, the fortunes of the team rest squarely on the coaching staff. The buck clearly stops with one man: MIKE TOMLIN.

It's time to make it clear for the Steelers front office: WE THE FANS WILL NO LONGER TOLERATE THIS ABYSMAL COACHING. Only a new coach will restore the discipline & leadership this team clearly lacks. Send your signatures to the Rooney family & give the organization the wake-up call it needs before things hit rock bottom!

Seven years later...WHAT? You gotta be freaking kidding me! Art Rooney STILL hasn't gotten the picture? You know things are bad when the stadium boos Renegade.
