My name is Daniel Holding, Im creating this petition calling for a Pitsea Regeneration project due to multiple factors.

1. The Subways (Underpasses) around Pitsea Market are in a disgraceful condition, Filthy and Dark. A Lot of the Pavements through the subways need resurfacing as well due to cracks and pavement potholes, the worst subway being located in front of Basildon Upper Academy on Wickford Avenue.

2. Pitsea has a fairly high crime rate alongside Basildon town centre so pavements, roads and infrastructure should be improved to improve appeal of the area. Examples of low-level crime include Graffiti and Littering of shopping carts.

3. As part of any regeneration project factors i.e. local businesses, Transport links around pitsea should be reviewed.
