Since PIA was banned from flying to the UK, the British Pakistani community has struggled to find a viable alternative to travel to Pakistan. The 1 million + strong community has had to resort to using Middle Eastern airlines, Virgin and British Airways.

The community has suffered heavily due to the lack of repatriation services provided by other airlines when taking bodies back to Pakistan for burial.

We the British Pakistani community call on the management of PIA and the Government of Pakistan to restart flights from UK airports (now that the airline is allowed to fly to the UK) on a regular basis so we can travel to Pakistan for leisure, to visit families, business, during emergencies and for the return of our loved ones on the country's airline.
