Case # HPDA 1600140 requests permission to tear down the house at 102 W. Cypress Street, which is on the northeast corner of 3rd Avenue and Cypress.  This is an historic home that was damaged by fire in 2015.  There has been a hole in the roof ever since then, which has been left uncovered, allowing for further damage from weather.  We believe that the house should be renovated rather than demolished, that demolition would damage our historic neighborhood.  Please do not approve HPDA 1600140.
