We have received word from Evan Boxwell, the owner of the property at 102 W. Cypress, that it is his intention to renovate rather than demolish the home, he will start the process of restoring the house. He and his wife are also considering moving into the house when completed. We look forward to working with him and welcome him to the neighborhood.
