Demolition of 102 W. Cypress was APPROVED by the Hearing Officer on May 23rd. An appeal was filed by Willo President Marilyn Rendón on May 31st. A hearing will be held on Wednesday June 29th at 4:30 p.m. in the First Floor Assembly Rooms, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona. The appeal will be held by the Historic Preservation Commission. It's important that we demonstrate that the Historic Neighborhoods strongly oppose the demolition. Please plan to attend.
