Child Rights Network (CRN), together with Cameleon Association, VOICE, University of the Philippines-Visayas, UGSAD Regional Gender Resource Center, and UNICEF Philippines, held Breaking the Silence: A Policy Forum to #ENDChildRape on October 23.

We were joined by our legislative champions Senator Risa Hontiveros and Senator Sherwin Gatchalian, both of whom have filed bills to increase the age to determine statutory rape in the Philippines.
