#XboxCommunityHub
How are you, people? I've been busy, sorry!
As you might know, we had a cool chat with John Friend on Twitter Spaces about Xbox Official Gear Shop, and hopefully is just the first of a few chats Live and in public where all with a Twitter account can participate! Maybe next one is in January.
This was an incredible step on the communication between community and the Xbox staff on regional issues and efforts. While it's not the part most of us here eager to see solved, it's wonderful to know we did it, we actually started conversations! I'm so proud of all of us
From what I heard and observed, Xbox is starting to focus on working on globalization. It seems clear that the team is looking to improve the regions it's in, and in including new ones. This process is just starting, so things will take time. It will be a while before we see proper results, but I know the team is serious with this and is looking to be better. So while we might not have it all as we wish for, I leave my appeal and advice: keep giving constructive feedback to them, especially on Reddit or Twitter, without letting your frustration reach the point of rudeness. Be real, be honest, but be polite. That way it's more likely they'll hear.
And remember also, not everything will be sorted the way you hope, not everything will have a solution, so remember there are PEOPLE working to find one, and they WANT to help you.
The survey and petition are still on. I believe the petition kinda lost its purpose now, as we are well aware that the Xbox team is focused on globalization and localization. But, any feedback is appreciated, and the survey will remain open as long as it makes sense.
So, please, keep answering, sharing and giving all you got. We are nearly at 500 replies.
