Stop it being legal to sell cages under 80cm by 50cm.

The Issue

Everyone knows that the minimum cage requirements for any species of hamster is 80cm by 50cm. Don't you?

It should be illegal for pet shops to sell cages that can cause harm to hamsters expecially under the RSPCA minumum. 

Hamsters need alot of space (they are/once wild, giving them unlimited land) vetinary studies have shown that hamsters can be very stressed in small cages, let this be illegal and set the legal minumum to 80cm by 50cm. Why would you want to put animals in stress?
