Others have shared that if they're recruiting for a manager, the lease has likely already been signed.   That doesn't mean we cannot have an impact... that doesn't mean the broker cannot terminate a contract and that definitely doesn't mean we sit back.   We get MORE involved. 

If our community is kept informed (calls, flyers, conversations, presence!) and Petland is unable to maintain a solid business plan in the area - they'll eventually leave.   

Let's hope we can prevent the doors from opening but also consider if they do...
