109 signatures and counting!

Hi everyone. I know you all received an alert when the petition reached 100 signatures, a milestone reached thanks to each of you. Please keep sharing the link with your neighbors, family, and friends. 

I sent the link to The Mahopac News on Monday July 27th to ask if the editorial team would publish an article so the petition would reach all the readers of our local newspaper. 

I anticipate hearing from Superintendent DiGrandi soon as he wrote in the July 6th email he sent me: "I say that to ask for some time to properly read, reflect, ask questions, and inquire as to your proposal(s). I would also like to meet with my internal folks to assess the issue. I will do so in the next few weeks and then be in touch for our next steps. At that time I will ask Mrs. LaRocca to set something up on my calendar, so we can meet to discuss." Please consider emailing Superintendent DiGrandi (digrandiv@mahopac.org) to express your support for safer drive-up drop-off/pick-up at Austin Rd school like other MCSD schools have.
