We are calling the people in Vietnam to exercise their Rights, stated/written in their Constitution, to run for all positions in local governing bodies/institutions [that are available to them by Laws], in this coming General Election @ Vietnam, Voting will take place in May [22?], accepting Applications for Candidacies till March 13. Hopefully, this will set new precedence for future [Democratic] Elections--so they will have better Elected Officials to Represent [and Serve] their true Interests, and set Vietnam on its way to be able to enjoy a true Democratic Election ASAP.
