It doesn't seem fair that I'm facing repercussions for simply seeking reimbursement and wanting him to fulfill his obligation. Despite waiting patiently for two months, he failed to repay me, leaving me with no choice but to escalate the matter to ensure accountability. How is this considered a real-life threat? Comparatively, individuals like Yash and Cody were banned from the BBC league for cheating but were eventually unbanned, as their offense directly involved the BBC. In contrast, my banishment was unrelated to the BBC. I've consistently supported and contributed positively to the community, yet I'm the one facing consequences. Why is there a disparity in treatment, where players who excel at the game receive more respect than those who are lesser known? It feels unfair that I'm banned while Snaddy faces no consequences for scamming me. Furthermore, the harassment I've endured, including the posting of my personal information and derogatory comments, by individuals like Erik and Anime has gone unaddressed. Back in November, I warned you, Blondie, about Sunnie providing sensitive information to Anime, but my concerns were dismissed. Now, it's evident that my apprehensions were valid, as Anime and Erik have openly shared this information. Yet, individuals like them face no repercussions, while I'm unfairly banned for wanting to have a lawyer get my money and seeking justice regarding Snaddy's scam. It feels like a situation reminiscent of the preferential treatment given to "cool" players, such as Meeks and InfamousJesse. When we first became friends, you expressed a desire to create a welcoming space within the BBC, free from the immaturity of certain individuals. However, some of your closest associates are Anime and Erik, contradicting the community's envisioned goals you told me. Blondie, you told me you aimed to establish a community within Smite that differed from the immature dynamics of other communities. Yet, ive seen you now engage in mean-spirited behavior towards me, talk about me negatively, aligning yourself with individuals who antagonize me wrongly for no apparent reason. Its not cool to do towards me, a "friend" i thought I was too you. I have never done nothing towards you negatively but be nice and kind and supportive and I thought you was my friend back. I appreciate your content anad I thought we were frends, and you came to me for assistance in your tournaments and I agreed and offered assistance in your tournaments. My sole objective was to get my money back after being scammed by Snaddy and wanting to stand up for mysel. I believe I should have had the freedom to pursue legal recourse without facing consequence, anyone would want their money back - just because I have money doesnt mean they can scam me out of money an get away with it. Your famous words towards me were "it doesnt directly involve the bbc i can't ban snaddy and erik and anime" etc, so why do I get banned for this? It didnt directly effect you... It's not a real-life threat to seek restitution for being scammed. Instead of penalizing me for standing up for myself, it would have been more appropriate to address the actual wrongdoing. Why am I being punished for seeking accountability? I've never doxxed anyone, and it's unfair that accusations have been made without evidence. Why would u believe sunnie and anime and them blindly but when I came to you in November telling you things that were true you didn't believe me but Now you can see I wasnt lying. IF there was dox proof it must be fabricated proof, because I've never done that regarding these matters. I deserve the opportunity to address these allegations and present my side of the story.
