• They never include anything offensive, derogatory, or inappropriate

Why It Matters

This isn’t just about aesthetics. This is about unlocking massive revenue for the state — without raising taxes.

A similar vendor in Texas, despite having fewer design capabilities, slower turnaround times, and less advanced technology, has generated over $190 million for the State of Texas.

We can do better.

With faster production, more design variety, and a more scalable tech platform, Platemakrs is confident we can generate 2x–3x that amount in revenue if given the opportunity to operate in collaboration with our state.

Our goal is simple:
To collaborate and become a vendor with the state to create a clear, approved path for drivers to design plates that reflect their personality, culture, business, or creativity — all while staying compliant with DMV requirements.

This isn't just about expression — it's also about revenue. Our platform has the potential to financially benefit the state significantly through increased plate sales and custom design fees. Everybody wins.

However, despite our ongoing outreach, we haven’t received meaningful responses from state officials. We’re not trying to bypass the system — we’re trying to work with it. We want to build a bridge between public demand and government oversight.
