Petition to Support a Bill to Relieve Visitflation for Unrepresented Families

The Issue

Welcome

Today, I want to reach out to you with an urgent call for action. There is a pressing issue that needs our attention and I believe that together we can make a difference.

As you may know, there are countless individuals and communities around the world who are facing immense challenges and hardships every single day. These can range from political oppression, economic inequality, environmental degradation, and social injustice, just to name a few. It's heartbreaking to see the suffering and pain that so many people are going through, and it's understandable to feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of such overwhelming issues.

However, I strongly believe that we can all make a difference by taking small steps towards positive change. One such step is to sign petitions that call for meaningful action and change. Petitions are a powerful way to raise awareness about important issues and to put pressure on decision-makers to take action. (Sponsoring a new Congressional Bill also helps).

So today, I am asking you to join me in signing a petition that I believe could make a real difference in the lives of people who are suffering right now. By signing this petition, you can help to bring attention to an issue that is important to you and help to make a positive impact in your community and beyond.

I understand that signing a petition may seem like a small act, but please remember that every signature counts. Every person who signs the petition is making a statement that they care about an issue and want to see change happen. And when we come together as a community and raise our voices in unison, we can create a powerful force for change.

So please, take a moment to sign the petition and share it with your friends, family, and social media networks. Let's work together to make a difference and create a better world for all.

Thank you for your time and your compassion.

Backstory

Most people we know with this shared story are too traumatized to talk about it. So after thousands of interviews, here's the shared, heartbreaking backstory in the form of a poem called, Ghosted Dreams: The Barriers to Justice:

When the system ghosts your dreams,

And entrance fees were all you need,

To make your way to the top it seems,

But the price of admission is greed.

When you're a victim, it's hard to see,

How you can ever break free,

The post-"victimproof" exercises may try,

But they can't prevent the tears you cry.

What if they taught you to drive,

The rules of the judicial road,

Would you lose all hope and strive,

Or carry on with that unsteady load?

Did they trick you into believing,

Another expensive heavy exercise,

With two severed armed parties, would be relieving,

For the best interest of your kids' lives?

Were labels and parental alienations,

The difference between life on the road and the ditch,

Victimhood and Visitflation, backwards social exclusions,

And pretend "access" to your kids, an impossible itch.

What you need is a Major League Family plan,

To instantly give you a helping hand,

No more social exclusions, no more pretend,

Just access to your kids that will never end.

It's time to break the chains that bind,

And leave the past, and its pain behind,

For justice is not just a dream in your mind,

But a reality that you can find.

So hold your head up high, and never give in,

For your dreams are within your reach, don't you see?

With the power of love and the strength from within,

You can overcome anything, just believe.

And don't give up hope, don't lose your way,

Unite for your rights, and don't be led astray,

For in the end, longest justice will find a way,

And your dreams will come true, come what may.

Yet, in the Bible, Jesus does not say, "Blessed are the rich in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that rejoice: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the powerful: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do not hunger and thirst after righteousness... Blessed are the proud... Blessed are the twisty in heart... Blessed are the battlemakers.... " No, Lord Jesus and the Bible command (Matthew 5:19), Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 5:3-10)." And still, the rich, rejoicing, powerful, etc. in 'family law' are all we as tax payers pay to uphold, while chronically ghosting the best.

Present Leadership Opportunity

Please support innocent young parents who are trapped in what eye-witnesses now know are silent destructive generational cycles of Parental Alienation (PA), Visitflation (systemic economic barriers preventing or maintaining access to our children), unrepresentation, and a myriad of other social, financial and legal problems that we are not equipped to handle. We don't want our children to lose connection with their children and they need assistance to navigate these challenging situations.

To the Members of Congress,

We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about the growing issue of PA, Visitflation and its devastating effects on otherwise healthy unrepresented family people. Are you one of the 500,000 parents a year who can't afford the retainer fee or law school degree required for legal representation during a divorce or custody battle? Are you being forced to sign and go, blindly agreeing to whatever the state or opposing counsel demands? It's time to take a stand against visitflation, the inflation of legal costs associated with family law cases. And it's not just about the money - victimhood in Parental Alienation and unrepresentation can have serious social consequences. With 2.2 million children a year in the middle of divorce, it's time to make a change. Join us and sign our petition today to fight for affordable legal representation for all parents.

It's a heartbreaking reality that so many families are left without proper legal representation. They're forced to navigate the complex legal system and navigate tricky situations like dealing with schools and doctors all on their own. These easily victimized victims are at a huge disadvantage and often unable to protect their rights or the safety and wellbeing of their children. The outcomes are often unjust and unfair, with long-lasting negative effects that can ripple down for generations to come. We need your help to ensure that everyone has access to the legal representation they need and deserve. Please consider signing our petition to fight for fair representation for all families.

We urgently call on Congress to sponsor a Bill that would provide relief for unrepresented family people and help to reddress the issues of PA, Visitflation and representation. Improving our grandchildren's know ability, love ability and parental access abilitiy.

This Bill should aim to reduce legal costs and expenses for unrepresented family people, provide access to legal representation and education, and increase transparency and accountability in the legal system.

We urge Congress to take action on this important issue and support a Bill that will make a positive difference in the lives of countless unrepresented family people for generations to come.

Lost in the Shadows of the Powerful:

In the Song of Moses, we hear a call,

To seek justice and mercy for one and all,

But in our world, it seems we've lost our way,

As the rich and powerful hold all the sway.

In "family law," the system seems to favor,

Those who have the wealth to hire a lawyer,

While the poor are left to struggle and fight,

For the right to see their children at night.

And in our society, it's often the case,

That the loudest voices hold the most space,

Those who rejoice and boast of their wealth,

Are celebrated, while others struggle for health.

In "mental health" spaces, we see the same trend,

Where those with resources are able to bend,

The system to their will, while the rest are ignored,

Left to suffer, their needs unexplored.

It's frustrating to see how the world works,

With the rich and powerful holding all the perks,

While the rest of us are left to ghost,

Forgotten, unseen, a silent host.

But we must not give up or lose hope,

We must continue to fight and to cope,

To speak up for justice, to stand for what's right,

To give voice to the voiceless, to shed light.

For in the end, it's not wealth or power,

That will bring us true joy in this hour,

It's compassion, humility, and love,

That will lift us up, to the heavens above.
