We, the undersigned, residents of Vancouver Island, BC, Canada, respectfully submit this petition to act now to:

1.  Put a stop to the transit strike deeply affecting the Cowichan Valley. The people most affected by the disruption of this essential service are mainly seniors, students, workers, those depending on transit for medical appointments, and low-income residents who rely on transit.
2.  Prevent this disruption from happening again by addressing the root causes.
