My name is Ryan LeCroy. I currently have an open case fugitive file in Virginia, out of Fairfax, VA. These charges stem from 2017. They are Possession charges, I have previously had an excessive issue with drugs. In 2019, I lost my daughter to the state of MN. I have since these charges, originally, put myself through rehab, gotten on a sucessful MAT program, and am willing to share any and all records of my progress, as well as find any necessary character witnesses to help myself. 

These charges were nolle prossed in 2018. I do not now, or at the time of this incident live in Virginia. I currently reside in Minnesota, where I currently am. In August, of 2019, I was extradited to Virginia, given bond, then released to Pennsylvania, where I sat until 11/15/2019. I have documentation as well, stating this. I missed 2 court dates in Virginia, due to being incarcerated in another state. The charges in Pennsylvania were dismissed, however I was not made aware that I had a warrant upon release. I was given no bus ticket, had no phone, or anything when released on Friday, 11/15/2019 around 3:00P.M. 

Upon release, I managed to make my way to a train station, where I was lucky enough to gain access to a ticket home, to Minnesota. I called my attorney, who informed me, my only option is to turn myself in, to Virginia. This is in November, before Covid-19 started, after 4months in jail. Since then, I found out in February that my Fiancé is pregnant, I have a son on the way. I have secured an apartment for us, I have been doing my own lawnscaping, trying to start a company. I want to resolve this issue so much, it is not as easy as showing up across the country. I have tried writing emails to the Commonwealths Attorney. I have tried to secure an attorney that could help me, I commited a crime against Virginia I am being told. I feel that I created a crime against myself, which I am, and will pay for the rest of my life. My daughter will be raised by another family, My heart is torn, & I must bear this and explain to her one day my situation, however I am having a son and I pray to not be ripped away from my family that is relying on me as a breadwinner.
