                                                                     Re: Support for Blue Arrow Farm Weekly Car Show and Community Events

We, the undersigned residents, visitors, and supporters of the Pine Island community and
the Town of Warwick, respectfully submit this petition in support of Blue Arrow Farm,
owned and operated by Don Oriolo, and its ongoing weekly car show and live music events.
Blue Arrow Farm is more than a local business—it is a valued animal sanctuary that
provides care, shelter, and rehabilitation for rescued animals. The farm’s weekly
Wednesday car show and outdoor live music events are not only a cherished community
tradition, but also serve as a critical source of funding that directly supports the care and
well-being of these animals.

These events:
• Provide a safe, family-friendly gathering space for residents and visitors
• Support local tourism and small businesses
• Foster a strong sense of community and shared purpose
• Generate essential revenue for rescued animals

Beyond these broader benefits, the Wednesday night car shows have become a meaningful
and consistent gathering place where people connect, build friendships, and feel a sense of
belonging. For many, this event is more than entertainment—it is a personal refuge and a
source of community in an otherwise isolating environment. Importantly, these events are conducted in a responsible and compliant manner. All music concludes promptly at 9:00 PM.

We respectfully request that the Town Board allow continuation of these weekly events or
work collaboratively to establish reasonable guidelines without undue restriction.

A core purpose of local government is to support and encourage lawful small businesses
that are valued by the community—not to impose unnecessary barriers on establishments
that clearly benefit local residents. Blue Arrow Farm has earned the heartfelt support of
many constituents because it serves both people and animals through community
connection, charitable purpose, and responsible operation.

We are an independently organized group of concerned citizens who support our local
businesses and recognize Blue Arrow Farm as a true safe haven for neighbors, visitors, and
the rescued animals in its care.
