It's not over yet... Khalistan talk tomorrow

Thank you so much for signing and sharing our petition calling for the Macdonald-Laurier Institute to retract its report maligning the Sikh community.
MLI has since redoubled their efforts and thrown their support behind Terry Milewski:

The plot has also thickened. This article in PressProgress outlines the money and organizations behind this report:

There are many questions in the minds of our community:
- Who is benefitted by maligning Sikhs in diaspora?
- Why would a "think tank" that is only 10 years old have sudden interest in the issue of Khalistan?
- Where is the movement of Khalistan today and how did it arrive at this contentious place?
We'll be talking about this and more during a live panel discussion with Moninder Singh (Spokesperson, BC Gurdwara Council) and Jaspreet Kaur Bal (PhD, CYCP Professor, Program Coordinator, Humber College).
Please join us tomorrow — Thursday, October 8th at 4pm PST — for "Khalistan: A Conversation on Trauma, Racism & Sovereignty".
