Petition to Remove Apartment Manager

We, the residents of One Archer, hereby petition for the immediate removal of the current apartment manager, Andrew Phillips. It has become evident to us that Andrew is not acting in the best interest of the building and its residents.

Despite numerous complaints and concerns raised by the residents regarding maintenance issues, security problems, and general upkeep of the building, Andrew has consistently failed to address these issues in a timely and effective manner. The lack of responsiveness and accountability displayed by Andrew is unacceptable and has greatly impacted the quality of living in our luxury building.

We believe that a change in management is necessary to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents. We call on the building owner and management company to take immediate action to remove Andrew Phillips from his position and appoint a more competent and dedicated individual to oversee the operations of the building.

We urge all residents to support this petition and stand together in demanding a positive change for our community. Together, we can make our building a better place to live.
