We, the undersigned students of The Beauty Institute – Stroudsburg, are writing to express our deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent termination of Mrs. Amanda.

Mrs. Amanda has consistently demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for her students. She has played a crucial role in our education — not only teaching technical skills, but also inspiring confidence, creativity, and passion in each of us. Her classroom leadership created a safe, motivating environment that fostered growth, respect, and a love for learning.

Her removal has had a significant negative impact on our learning experience and overall morale. We believe that her dismissal was unjust and does not reflect the values of fairness, transparency, and student success that The Beauty Institute stands for.

We respectfully request that the administration review and reconsider the decision to terminate Mrs. Amanda. It is also important to note that Mrs. Amanda has expressed willingness to return to The Beauty Institute – Stroudsburg, under conditions that Timamu Wilson will no longer work at this location. We believe this change would allow for a positive and professional environment where both staff and students can thrive.

Reinstating Mrs. Amanda would restore stability, trust, and the high level of education our program deserves. We appreciate your time, attention, and consideration, and hope that our voices as dedicated students will be heard and valued.
