Petition to Reinstate Progressive Talk Radio in Boston

The Issue

Clear Channel. The company that edited their playlists after September 11th, encouraged support for the war in Iraq (which apparently included attacking liberals), dropped Howard Stern from 6 of their stations, were sued for not allowing diabetics to bring their insulin and syringes into concerts, and has been accused of censoring opinions critical of Bush and other Republicans.

On December 21st, 2006, Clear Channel suddenly and without warning dropped Boston's Progressive Talk from AM 1200 and 1430 and switched to Spanish language radio. Boston has no other progressive radio stations.

Right now there are almost 2,300 signatures. Please help bring progressive talk back to the Boston area by signing the petition.
