We the undersigned respectfully urge Raintree Mobile Home Park management to take immediate and responsible action regarding the growing stray and feral cat population in our community.

OUR REQUEST:

We ask that management either:

✅ Permit ongoing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) efforts led by qualified volunteers, including feeding, trapping, spaying/neutering, vaccinating, and returning cats to managed colonies  

OR  

✅ Take direct responsibility for the humane management of the colony, including implementing TNR and ensuring the welfare of vulnerable cats

WHY THIS MATTERS:

- Unchecked breeding leads to suffering, illness, and increased nuisance concerns  

- Feeding bans and opposition to TNR worsen the problem and harm animals  

- TNR is a proven, cost-effective, and humane solution supported by national animal welfare organizations  

- Residents deserve a safe, compassionate community where animals are treated responsibly
