Residents for Immediate Action Regarding Unit 4A, 2F and anyone else that is not respecting the other residents and condo owners of 2160 East Tremont Ave deserve a clean,safe respectful, and well maintained community. We are asking management and the board to take immediate and appropriate action regarding the ongoing conduct associated with the occupant of Unit 4H Glen, and 2F occupant including anyone in the building that's creating disturbances or other problems' affecting our quality of life. We are calling on Management and Condo Board to investigate the ongoing complaints  and enforcing the condominiums rules and governing documents. 

Residents have reported concerns including: 

• Urination in or around the building/common areas
• Leaving plates of food, raw food,  liquor bottles, lotto tickets , paper trash bags , garbage, spilled liquid, and other debris inside and around the property 
• Blocking congregating loitering entrances,walkways or access points including sitting at an entranceway 
• Approaching residents and asking/begging for money
• Creating conditions that residents believe are unsanitary and disruptive
•  Bodily fluids or waste including spitting, vomiting, urinating or defecating
• Placing objects wet tissue cardboard, plastic, envelope mail in door latch, rug to keep door open or unlocked
• Domestic disputes 2F yelling and arguing  requiring multiple 911 calls 
• Dog barking at all hours of the day or night .
• Individuals attempting to gain entry into the building or seeking unauthorized entrance 
• Ringing residents doorbells and  impersonating UPS delivery , stolen packages. 
• Congregating Smoking cigarettes and marijuana and drinking liquor in the building and  benches in common area's
• Dog poop and urine  inside the building or common area entrance of building
• People from the shelter regularly congregating outside the building common area and then being admitted into the property.
• Trash ,water bottles , paper ,open condoms , under garments thrown out the windows
• slamming and keeping exit doors open.

• Investigate all documented complaints  regarding unit 4A.
• Address any unsanitary conditions including urination dog poop, defecation in common areas
• Increase security , patrol and monitoring of common areas.
• Take whatever lawful enforcement action is available if violations are substantiated
• Request that the board investigate and pursue all lawful remedies available including a court proceeding to terminate the tenancy where legally justified
• Take immediate and appropriate action regarding repeated complaints concerning the occupant and occupants of 2160 that are conducting and creating disturbances or interfering with residents peaceful clean enjoyment

OUR COMMUNITY DESERVES BETTER 

We respectfully demand that Management and Board stop ignoring documented complains and take meaningful, lawful enforcement action.
