We the undersigned, call on Solihull Council to refuse Planning Application 2024/00011 in respect of the environment changing since the original application was submitted and there is now a housing estate which the new building will over look. The increase in hotel rooms will also cause an increase in traffic on the already busy residential roads. As well as further parking issue in the area.
