The Issue

📢 OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE

Dear Government of Nepal,

Nepal has already mastered many things:

• Political plot twists with new episodes every day.
• Road construction projects that begin during your childhood and finish around your retirement.

However, one important issue remains completely ignored.

Therefore, we respectfully propose the establishment of:

🏛️ Ministry of Baddies Affairs (MoBA)

The ministry shall oversee the following national policies:

💌 The Rizz-ervation Act
Every citizen shall be entitled to at least one successful talking stage per fiscal year.

📱 The “Seen But Never Mean” Policy
Strict action against:
• replying “lol” six hours later
• dry texting during emotional vulnerability hours (9 PM to 2 AM)

📸 Passport & Citizenship Photo Rehabilitation Program
Because no citizen should look like:
• they’re wanted in three countries, or
• they just survived an unsolved incident.

📊 New National Development Indicators
In addition to GDP, the nation should also track:
• Aura Per Capita Index (APCI)
• Slay Inflation Rate (SIR)
• Average Rizz Output per Citizen (AROpC)

⚖️ Article 69: The Right to Slay

Every citizen shall have the fundamental right to:
• look slightly better than expected in good lighting
• not get cropped out of group photos
• recover dignity after opening the front camera

Furthermore, no citizen shall suffer:
• bad angles from relatives
• unnecessary flash damage
• emotional destruction via candid photography

Signed,
