This is in relation to the raid by a joint force of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking and Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Saturday, Aug. 31, 2024 at Tourist Garden Hotel located at Barangay Agus, Lapu-Lapu City where they found over 100 people, most of them Chinese nationals, Indonesians and some from Myanmar, operating a scam farm.
