Petition to End Federal Income Taxes Due to Government Mismanagement and Neglect of U.S. Citizens

We, the undersigned, petition the U.S. government to stop collecting federal income taxes from hard-working citizens until meaningful reforms are implemented. Our tax dollars are being misused, and the needs of Americans are being neglected in favor of unnecessary foreign interventions and bloated, inefficient agencies like FEMA. It’s time for transparency and a reallocation of resources to benefit U.S. citizens directly.

Why We Are Petitioning:

 1. Government Greed and Waste:

Our tax dollars are being funneled into projects and interests that do not benefit U.S. citizens, while critical needs at home go unmet.

 2. Unnecessary Overseas Wars:

Billions of our tax dollars are being spent on military interventions abroad with little to no benefit for the American people.

 3. Neglect of U.S. Citizens in Times of Crisis:

The people of Maui and hurricane victims across the country were left without sufficient aid, even as billions were sent overseas. FEMA and other agencies have become ineffective, wasting resources while Americans suffer.

 4. Out-of-Control Federal Agencies Like FEMA:

FEMA and other federal agencies have become inefficient and mismanaged, failing to provide adequate assistance in times of disaster.

 5. Lack of Investment in U.S. Services:

While foreign interventions are prioritized, Americans struggle with inadequate healthcare, education, and infrastructure. Our government is failing to invest in its own citizens.

Constitutional Grounds for Our Petition:

 1. 16th Amendment (Income Tax):

The misuse of taxpayer funds on foreign wars and inefficient agencies violates the spirit of the 16th Amendment, which was intended to serve the general welfare of the people.

 2. Preamble of the U.S. Constitution:

The government is neglecting its constitutional duty to “promote the general welfare” by prioritizing foreign conflicts over the needs of its own citizens.

 3. 5th Amendment – Right to Due Process:

The government’s failure to provide adequate disaster relief while misusing taxpayer money abroad deprives citizens of their property (taxes) without proper return in services or protection.

 4. 10th Amendment – Powers Reserved to the States and the People:

The federal government is overstepping its bounds by collecting taxes without adequately providing for the needs of the people, infringing on the powers reserved for the states and citizens.

 5. 1st Amendment – Right to Petition:

We exercise our right under the 1st Amendment to petition the government for redress of grievances regarding the misuse of taxpayer dollars.

What We Demand:

 • A Full and Transparent Audit of Federal Expenditures:

We demand a comprehensive audit of how taxpayer money is being spent, with full transparency for the American people.

 • Redirection of Funds to Domestic Priorities:

Stop spending on unnecessary overseas military actions and bloated federal agencies like FEMA, and instead invest in critical domestic needs like disaster relief, healthcare, infrastructure, and education.

 • Congressional Accountability:

We demand Congress pass legislation requiring full disclosure of how tax dollars are spent, with penalties for misuse or unnecessary spending.

Call to Action:

Join us in demanding accountability from our government. American taxpayers deserve transparency, fiscal responsibility, and investment in our own citizens. Sign this petition and share it with your community today!
