The Issue

Petition to Eliminate All Animals, Forests, and Other Inconvenient Living Things in the Interest of Achieving a Perfect Society

Addressed To:

The Hon'ble Chief Justice of India, the Supreme Court of India, policymakers, administrators, and all concerned authorities.

Petition Summary

We, the undersigned citizens of India, respectfully submit this petition in support of a bold, revolutionary, and scientifically untested national mission: the complete elimination of all animals from the territory of India.

This initiative is based on a simple principle.

If removing one category of living beings can significantly contribute to public safety, then removing all categories of living beings that might potentially inconvenience, frighten, injure, or disturb human beings should logically create the safest society in human history.

Accordingly, we request the authorities to immediately formulate a comprehensive roadmap for the removal of all dogs, followed by all other animals, birds, reptiles, insects, and wildlife across the country.

Why Stop at Dogs?

Dogs may bark.

Monkeys may snatch food.

Snakes may bite.

Elephants may damage crops.

Tigers may occasionally attack humans.

Birds may create noise.

Therefore, to ensure complete public safety, consistency demands that all animals be treated equally and removed without discrimination.

Partial perfection is not perfection.

If risk reduction is the objective, then only total elimination can achieve total success.

Forests Must Also Be Removed

Forests currently occupy millions of hectares of land that could otherwise be used for:

- Roads

- Residential projects

- Commercial complexes

- Industrial corridors

- Parking lots

- Shopping malls

- Additional government offices to process future petitions

Forests also have the unfortunate habit of providing shelter to wildlife.

Since wildlife would no longer exist under this proposal, forests would become largely unnecessary and should therefore be repurposed in the national interest.

The Guarantees We Request

Before implementation begins, we respectfully request the Hon'ble authorities to provide legally binding guarantees that the following outcomes will occur immediately upon successful completion of the programme:

Public Safety

- All rapes will cease.

- All murders will cease.

- All kidnappings will cease.

- All thefts and robberies will cease.

- All assaults will cease.

- Women will be able to walk safely at any hour.

- Children will never face danger again.

Economic Prosperity

- Poverty will be eliminated.

- Unemployment will disappear.

- Inflation will be controlled.

- Farmers will prosper.

- Every citizen will achieve financial security.

Governance

- Corruption will end.

- Bribery will disappear.

- Political scandals will cease.

- Public funds will never again be misused.

- Bureaucratic inefficiency will become a thing of the past.

National Greatness

- India will instantly become a model society.

- Social conflict will vanish.

- Citizens will become law-abiding.

- Every institution will function perfectly.

- India will achieve uncontested Vishwaguru status.

A Further Recommendation

While examining sources of danger to society, we humbly request policymakers to consider a broader question.

What species is responsible for:

- Murders?

- Rapes?

- Corruption?

- Financial scams?

- Human trafficking?

- Environmental destruction?

- Riots?

- Wars?

- Exploitation?

The answer, inconveniently, is not dogs.

Nor tigers.

Nor peacocks.

Nor elephants.

Nor forests.

The overwhelming majority of these activities are committed by human beings.

This presents a troubling challenge to the theory that societal problems can be solved merely by eliminating whichever living beings happen to be visible, vulnerable, or politically convenient.

If the existence of a group is itself sufficient justification for its removal because some members of that group may cause harm, then the same logic would lead to conclusions that no civilized society would ever accept.

Thankfully, civilized societies recognize that collective punishment is not justice, scapegoating is not policy, and eliminating living beings is not a substitute for addressing the real causes of complex social problems.

What This Petition Is Actually About

This petition is not about dogs.

It is not about wildlife.

It is not even about animals.

It is about the dangerous temptation to believe that difficult societal problems can be solved through simplistic targets.

Crime exists because criminals exist.

Corruption exists because corrupt individuals and systems exist.

Violence exists because people commit violence.

Administrative failures exist because institutions fail.

None of these problems disappear merely because another species is removed from public view.

A safe society is built through effective governance, law enforcement, urban planning, public accountability, education, and responsible citizenship.

It is not built through the illusion that eliminating one vulnerable group will somehow cure every deeper problem that continues to plague society.

Our Demand

Therefore, before any citizen is asked to believe that removing animals is the path to public safety, we respectfully request a formal guarantee that such measures will also eliminate crime, corruption, poverty, violence, exploitation, and every other social ill.

If such a guarantee cannot be provided, perhaps the nation should focus its attention on solving the actual causes of those problems rather than searching for ever more convenient scapegoats.

An Even More Efficient Solution

In the spirit of consistency, we humbly submit an even more effective proposal.

Since corruption is committed by corrupt politicians and government officials, perhaps the nation should consider removing all politicians and government officials as a class.

After all, if the mere possibility that some members of a group may cause harm is sufficient justification for eliminating that entire group, then surely this principle should be applied uniformly.

Why spend decades strengthening institutions, improving transparency, enforcing anti-corruption laws, conducting audits, and prosecuting offenders when one could simply eliminate every category of people from which corruption might emerge?

Likewise, since financial fraud is committed by human beings, perhaps all business owners should be viewed with suspicion.

Since theft is committed by human beings, perhaps all citizens should be treated as potential thieves.

Since violent crime is committed by human beings, perhaps all humans should be regarded as potential criminals.

The absurdity of these conclusions reveals the flaw in the premise itself.

In a civilized society, we do not hold entire groups responsible for the actions of some members. We identify wrongdoers, enforce laws, and address root causes.

We do not solve corruption by abolishing politicians.

We do not solve fraud by abolishing businesses.

We do not solve crime by abolishing humanity.

And we do not solve complex societal challenges by searching for the most convenient living beings to blame.

If collective elimination is not an acceptable answer when applied to humans, then perhaps it deserves equally careful scrutiny when applied elsewhere.

Thank you.

Signed,

Citizens who remain unconvinced that civilization's greatest challenges are caused by dogs, peacocks, tigers, forests, or any other creature incapable of filing a corruption case, laundering money, accepting a bribe, or committing financial fraud.
