As a 14 year old American citizen, I can see clearly day by day that A.I is taking over our everyday lives. As the human race grows, A.I grows with us. We have become too comfortable too quickly with the fact that we do not know whats real or fake anymore. A.I takes jobs from people who need them most. Without A.I we as a society would be free of the worry of not knowing whats real when we scroll on social media, children in school would be learning, not using A.I to generate their essays and projects and whatnot. With A.I having all the answers, people think that they wont need to learn certain topics because A.I can wright it for them, right? Wrong. We are slowly devolving as a society, kids dont know simple math and literature. Adults are easily manipulated by apps like Chat GPT. So this brings me to my main idea: A.I is used worldwide by humans. But did you know that the A.I data centers use our clean water to cool their systems? Did you know that global warming is very much a huge problem that most people just don’t notice, or don’t care about? We are slowly killing the animals in the world with the pollution we created, caused by overconsumption of factory made goods, chemical trails poured in our skies and pollution from plastic and paper, etc. Help save your world. Help the children who will be future adults and help the animals that are dying off because of US. Sign my petition to BAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE! Because everyone deserves a chance to live a life free of worry of world domination from A.I. And with A.I, we can only fantasize of living that life.
