We, the undersigned, are passionate supporters of Wrexham AFC and proud members of the Wrexham community. We welcome the development of the new Kop Stand and recognise the effort put into modernising the Racecourse Ground. However, we have concerns regarding the design of the stand’s façade, which unintentionally resembles the flag of England rather than reflecting the identity of Wrexham and Wales.

Wrexham is a city with a deep-rooted Welsh heritage, and the Racecourse Ground holds historical significance as the home of the Wales national football team. We believe that the new stand should proudly represent Wrexham AFC and its Welsh identity.

We request the following:

A review of the current design to ensure it better represents Wales and Wrexham AFC.
Modifications to incorporate more distinctly Welsh elements, such as the Red Dragon (Y Ddraig Goch) or other national symbols.
An open dialogue with fans and the community to ensure the new stand reflects the pride and passion of Wrexham supporters.
We appreciate the investment in our club’s future and look forward to a stand that truly represents Wrexham AFC and its Welsh heritage.
