Petition 1: Petition for changes to the British Police, the Police College and the PACE Police code of conduct, to ensure that anyone accusing anyone of 'harassment' in the UK cannot have someone arrested and charged based on a cherry-picked selection of screen shots of text messages, and a perjurious statement, to ensure that the accuser's 'phone is downloaded by the Police, to enable a thorough investigation into the accusation, and to confirm context, character, history and background to the report and allegation, in the same way that rape victims have their 'phones taken from them for up to 5 months. 
Furthermore, there must be no 'presumptions' that the accuser is honest if the accuser is a military personnel.
