We, the undersigned, as the parents, family, friends and communities of Wisconsin schools as a whole, are petitioning the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association for of the immediate reinstatement of the Bay View High School and Casimir Pulaski High School football teams. We do acknowledge that this year’s playoffs have already begun, however, there should be no reason as to why both teams cannot compete in the coming season.  

Our reason for this is that it was not the fault of the students or either school for the lack of timely submission of the paperwork required to allow the teams to compete. This gross oversite is the sole responsibility of the Milwaukee Commissioner of Interscholastic Athletics, who clearly could not perform the necessary duties of their position. 

Therefore, we call for both teams’ immediate reinstatement, to allow for them to equally compete in the 2025 – 2026 seasons.
