We wanted to let you know that we now have 507 signatures on this petition. Thank you so much for your support!

This was achieved in just a few days on Change.org. Clearly, Magnolia Water customers are fed up with increasing rates, sub-par service and unsafe water, as well as questionable, if not unethical, business practices to qualify for continuing rate increases.

Let's keep it going!

The petition also allows those who sign to share their Magnolia Water horror stories. If you have brown/cloudy water, please photograph and save a sample if you can. We will use these to illustrate just how bad  and widespread this problem is.

Reminders:

1. It is FREE to sign the petition. Change.org offers an opportunity to donate, and that money goes into distributing the petition to more potential signers. This is OPTIONAL. Those who filed the petition do not receive any revenue from this effort. 
2. This petition addresses changes we are requesting not only from CSWR/Magnolia Water, but also from LA Public Service Commission and State Legislators--calling for no more campaign contributions from services that Magnolia Water regulates! We're asking our legislators to create laws prohibiting this conflict of interest.
3. The LA Public Service Commission will be voting on this issue later this year. The deadline to file a Motion of Protest and request to speak up at that meeting is June 3, 2025. We will forward this petition as a unified voice, but encourage customers to add their names to the list as well. Once that meeting is scheduled, if you are unable to make it, that is not a problem--but after June 3 it is too late to be added to the list.

We have been working with media who are investigating this matter, and anticipate that with many voices, we can finally put an end to this monopoly's unfair business practices and sub-par service. EVERY VOICE MATTERS. 

Lastly, we will now take advantage of the "Add decisionmakers" option on Change.org so they are aware that we are standing up to say, "ENOUGH!"
