This petition acts as a bill proposal and call to action for:

• Ethically sourced whole foods used to stimulate local economy, lessen the need for imported, processed, and out-sourced foods.
• Demanding safer, cleaner, more efficient ways to ensure less contaminants and pesticides in water sources and topsoil/runoff.
• Safer, more eco-friendly agricultural practices which would result in better quality whole food products and reduce the amount of native wildlife being negatively impacted by farming machinery.
• More protection to native land and private farms, less influence from any 3rd party companies encroaching on our land.
• Stricter regulations within the preexisting stipulations of WV DNR regarding wildlife abuse and what constitutes as such. Including, but not limited to: fines/penalties for citizens who have been suspected of, reported, or recorded abusing wildlife, as well as penalties for motorists who intentionally strike animals with their vehicles with mal-intent as per documentation via street cameras.
• The right to know our taxpayer revenue is being utilized to implement safer infrastructure projects that aim to reduce motorist incidents which result in unnecessary wildlife loss. It is a detriment to our ecosystem and blasphemy to our state motto, as well as a tragedy and crime against nature itself.
• State funding for more wildlife education programs and centers, the focus of which should be rehabilitation and coexistence and should be accessible state wide.
• Reintroduction of native plants and herbs to specified land conservationist projects to ensure ecological balance for all species, to mitigate potential damage caused by human activity. 
• The allowance for a reform regarding stipulations concerning native wildlife rehabilitation. As of now, only game animals are protected under State DNR code, meaning all mammalian non-game animals are left to suffer long painful deaths at the hands of human apathy. And aviaries are only allowed to be rehabbed out of state. We have to set an example to have empathy for all living beings regardless of what we can take from them for our own selfish gain.
