I created a neighborhood watch group for residents that resides near or on Hunters Ridge Lane that is owned and managed by Investment Realty in Saint Robert, Missouri. Our main road Hunters Ridge Lane is home to many and surrounding roads that lead to apartments, duplexes and neighborhoods. By use of school busses, USPS/FedEx/Ups, Emergency responders and many more, respectfully we ask Investment Realty to maintain their property. It is becoming to be falling apart, potholes and just constantly being filled in with rock/gravel and it just keeps washing away and due to being driven over. Moms and dads can't take their kids for a stroll up the hill due to the road falling apart or without hitting a pothole. Driver's have to drive as if it is a one lane direction in order to dodge a pothole to make sure their car is not affected. So, our community is either asking Investment Realty to make the repairs which us residents have the right since we pay rent for repairs and expect a nice place to come home to which is also being rented out by our military and veterans. Let's clean up this community and get our roads fixed. If not I will personally take this issue to Pulaski County Road and Bridge to ensure we have safe drive able roads for everyone.
