The Issue

UNITED FOR A STRONGER CONTRACT

As members, we are strongest when we speak with one voice. This petition is an opportunity for us to clearly communicate our collective priorities for the 2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement.

We are proud of the work we perform every day, and we believe our compensation, benefits, and working conditions should reflect the value we bring to our workplace. By signing this petition, we are sending a respectful but clear message that these are the priorities we want our bargaining representatives to pursue during negotiations.

WE SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING PROPOSALS:

26% wage increase in Year 1, followed by 3% in Years 2, 3, and 4

Restoration of 100% employer-paid physiotherapy benefits

2% longevity pay for employees with 8 or more years of service

Payout of legacy sick days

Annual payout of unused sick days

LSA Premiums

0–2 years: 2%

3–6 years: 4%

7–9 years: 6%

10+ years: 8%

Stronger contract language regarding forced overtime, including double-time pay when employees are required to work forced overtime

OUR MESSAGE TO OUR UNION

This petition represents the voices of the members who have signed below. We respectfully ask our union leadership to recognize this demonstrated support and to present these priorities at the bargaining table on behalf of the membership.

Our expectation is that the bargaining process reflects the priorities expressed by the members. We believe a strong mandate from the membership strengthens our collective position in negotiations.

OUR MESSAGE TO EACH OTHER

Now, more than ever, we must stand together.

A united membership has a stronger voice than individuals standing alone. Every signature sends a message that we are engaged, informed, and committed to supporting one another.

This is not about one person or one group. It is about all of us working together toward a stronger collective agreement.

If you believe in these priorities, add your signature and encourage your coworkers to do the same.

United we are stronger. United we are heard. United we can achieve more.
