We respectfully request that the Honorable Governor Mike DeWine use his power of executive clemency to pardon Tyrone Noling.  Tyrone was sentenced to death in 1996 for a crime he did not commit.  We urge Governor DeWine to carefully consider the evidence that has emerged to support Tyrone’s innocence and to intervene in this injustice.  The murder of which Tyrone was accused should not result in the death of another innocent person.
