We are asking that Rennie Michael Ugalde be extradited to the US to serve sentence.

We request that the Honduran and the American Governments work together to bring justice to Rennie. 

We plead for the health, safety and well being of Rennie. 

We would like to request and petition the protection of Rennie Michael Ugalde while in the custody of The Honduran Criminal Justice System. 

We ask that there be no failure to provide medical services to him for his preexisting conditions. We ask that proper administrative decisions be made to ensure that he receives the correct medical treatment for Salmonella, proteus OX19,  and Blastocystis Parasites. We request that his medications (Nexium 40mg, Trifamox, Primeris 500 mg, and Petobsimol 1tps) be administered appropriately with correct dosage and timing so that he may quickly recover from his conditions. 

We assume that his sickness would pose significant safety risks or a direct threat to the health or safety of others that cannot be mitigated through reasonable modifications. 

We further request that he be placed in segregation or solitary confinement due to perceived vulnerability and discrimination due to the propaganda circulated by the honduran media about his case and that fact that he is a US Citizen.  A prisoner in the US is firmly entitled to be housed at their correct security level, and in a cell with accessible elements necessary for safe appropriate housing. We ask that this entitlement as a US Citizen be provided to him during his stay in the Honduran Criminal Justice System. .
