Fairfax County has a citizen on-line feedback survey concerning the proposed Comprehensive Plan language to redevelop the AT&T site’s density by 250%. This survey will end February 4th. Fairfax County Planning Staff have stated that based upon the feedback, they may modify their proposal. 

Fairfax County is also assessing public interest in this project. They have done very little to publicize this survey. Right now, we only have 165 citizens responding. We need to show Supervisor Dalia Palchik that we are concerned with this proposed redevelopment. This survey only takes 5 minutes to complete.  If you completed it earlier, you may want to revisit it to update and agree with other comments submitted.  Please ask 5 of your neighbors to complete this survey and post on your facebook page as well as your HOA’s facebook page and any other social media. 

It is critical for Oakton/Vienna/Fairfax City residents to complete the five minute on-line feedback for our community voices to be heard.  The county will be tabulating the number of responses for and against the development!
