Point at which the river meets the road.

Or

Quay

A quay is a stone, concrete, or metal platform built along the edge of water where ships and boats tie up to load and unload goods or passengers.

This actually aligns perfectly with the area given we have yachts by the pier in the Yarras Edge Marina.
