Joining E-Act has brought no benefits to Ousedale School which were promised, instead, it resulted in more debt, less resources, less (qualified) staff, and useless rules everyone is expected to follow. Biggest mistake Ousedale School has ever committed, without even consulting teachers, parents, or the pupils first; them being the ones supposed to benefit from it. The recent redundancy of necessary staff members was the sign we needed that this must end, and we must leave E-Act immediately.
