🗣️Protect Children and Hold Systems Accountable ❗️ --- I am a father from Detroit, Michigan fighting for justice—not only for myself, but for my daughter and countless other families affected by similar failures. --- For years, I have tried to raise my daughter in a safe, stable, and loving home. Despite documented abuse and neglect by her mother—including a substantiated CPS case where she physically assaulted our child—the system has continued to allow her access and influence. Over time, this situation has escalated into something deeply harmful. --- What Has Happened⁉️ --- My daughter’s mother has a long CPS history involving abuse, neglect, and abandonment, and has lost custody of multiple children. Despite this, she was granted increasing access to our daughter. Since 2018, she has made over 16 reports to CPS, repeatedly accusing me of abuse. These claims have led to multiple investigations across jurisdictions, yet no criminal charges have ever been filed against me. I have evidence that my daughter was coerced into making false allegations. Each time there is a custody dispute, new accusations appear. As of January 2025, I have not been allowed to see my daughter despite still having custody rights. --- Failure of Child Protective Services❗️ --- I believe CPS has failed my child and my family by: Ignoring a clear pattern of false allegations used as a weapon Not addressing the mother’s history of abuse and instability Failing to act on concerns about substance abuse and unsafe living conditions Allowing repeated investigations without accountability for false reporting This failure has enabled continued emotional harm and separation between a father and his child. --- Why This Matters⁉️ — This is bigger than just one family.
