Hey guys ! I need your help .. This incident happened in Mahesh, Serampore, Hooghly district! 
This same car have killed more than 4 puppies in the past week (as confirmed by the neighbours) . Car number WB16BF1830) We asked for his driving license it has expired 5 years back. This driver has been killing puppies without any remorse for consecutive days.  Please sign this petition so that the police can take necessary steps against this man under the crime of killing various animals.
