Well, well, well... looks like Dan Ryan Builders' lawyer suddenly got stage fright after all the chit-chat she started in my inbox at 0747 on Monday 01 May 2024.  After some direct statements, legal counsel retention, and maybe she finally realized the FHFA rulebook and those agency reports aren't just for show?   Holding onto the big guns (aka the DOJ) for now... gotta build the suspense!

I will update tomorrow about the numerous federal agencies that have released some damming statements about housing inequity, fraud. Keep sharing this petition, the day of the criminal defendants are approaching near.

Also Sunday, I want to truly shout out my community Westridge, a movement is in progress and we are coming together to bring accountability to all involved, and to ensure that not a single developer, builder, or county employee think that they can prey on our community in Westphalia!
