Petition for Immediate Protection and Justice for Lilith and Evi Wright

Petition for Immediate Protection and Justice for Lilith and Evi Wright
The Issue
We, the undersigned, urgently call upon the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), child welfare advocates, state officials, family court representatives, law enforcement agencies, and all appropriate authorities to immediately intervene to protect Lilith and Evi Wright — two vulnerable little girls, ages three and five, who have endured ongoing instability, documented trauma, neglect, emotional harm, and unsafe living conditions throughout their young lives.
These children deserve safety. They deserve stability. They deserve protection.
Serious concerns have been raised regarding the recent decision to return the children to the care of their biological mother, Cicelia Schreiber, also known as Hunter Wright, despite repeated reports and documented evidence, including medical documentation, from family members and witnesses proving unsafe conditions, homelessness, untreated mental instability, violent outbursts, causing harm- even killing animals, consistent exploitation of the children online, and ongoing exposure to dangerous environments.
According to witnesses and publicly available livestreams and social media content, the children are being moved between motels, temporary housing, and strangers’ homes while living in unstable conditions with no consistent plan for their care, education, emotional development, or protection.
Additional concerns have been raised regarding:
- Exposure of the children (including undressing and showing their private body parts) on livestreams and social media platforms for financial gain.
- Reports of aggressive and erratic behavior occurring in the children’s presence.
- Allegations, admissions, and live streamed recordings that the children are being exposed to unsafe individuals and high-risk environments where homeless addicts frequently congregate.
- Concerns that the children are at increased risk for exploitation, trafficking, emotional trauma, and continued neglect.
- Concerns involving the presence of the children not only around, but sharing a bedroom with their biological grandfather, recently released from prison after decades of incarceration for violent offenses.
- Documented developmental, emotional, physical, and psychological delays that require specialized intervention and consistent care.
- Repeated instability caused by leaving the children in the care of various individuals over the years
- Concerns of severe personality disorders related to repeatedly harming, sexually assaulting, and the killing of animals by the custodial parent.
- Emergency concerns or severe physical harm and a massive risk of the children being kidnapped and/or trafficked.
Additional concerns have been raised regarding the custodial parent’s admitted lack of consistent management of their HIV diagnosis, including statements allegedly indicating failure to properly maintain medical care, medication compliance, and preventative health measures. While an HIV diagnosis alone does not make someone an unfit parent, family members and concerned parties believe these admissions, combined with unsanitary actions (picking sores and leaving them open to children), homelessness, instability, untreated mental health concerns, and unsafe living conditions, warrant immediate investigation to ensure the children are being adequately protected medically and are not being exposed to preventable health and safety risks.
There is a documented history of an involved, loving aunt, Amber L. Harriman, of Tennessee who has cared for Lilith and Evi full time and helped them extensively, including expensive and time consuming developmental evaluations and establishing a proper plan to treat the children. She has and is willing to continue to provide shelter, therapies, consistency, medical care, and most importantly, undying love- in an environment where the safety, wellbeing, and healing of the children always come first.
Additional family members are attempting to secure safety, evaluations, therapies, medical care, and emotional support for these children while advocating tirelessly for their protection.
Despite these repeated concerns, the Florida Department of Children and Families has allegedly failed to adequately investigate or appropriately safeguard these children from continued harm.
We are demanding the following actions immediately:
- A full and independent investigation into the decisions made by DCF regarding the placement of Lilith and Evi Wright.
- Immediate reassessment of the children’s placement, living conditions, safety, supervision, and psychological wellbeing.
- Immediate psychiatric evaluations of the biological mother.
- Assignment of a high-level child welfare investigator or special advocate (preferably an assembled team) to review all evidence, pertinent live recordings, witness statements, medical documentation, therapy records, and reports submitted by family members and concerned parties.
- Appointment of independent children’s advocates and trauma-informed professionals to evaluate the ongoing risks to the children.
- Immediate evaluation of whether the current placement with Cicelia Schreiber AKA Hunter Wright and Timothy Metrakos is safe, stable, and capable of meeting the children’s physical, emotional, educational, and developmental needs.
- Immediate implementation of a long-term protection and stability plan for the children that prioritizes safety, trauma recovery, education, therapy, and permanent stability.
- Immediate removal of the children from any environment determined to place them at risk of abuse, neglect, exploitation, trafficking, violence, or psychological harm.
Lilith and Evi Wright are not social media content. They are not bargaining chips. They are not disposable.
They are children.
Innocent, beautiful children being failed by the system.
Children who deserve safe beds, clean clothes, medical care, emotional stability, protection from exploitation, and placement with adults capable of putting their needs first.
We are asking every child advocate, every state official, every investigator, every judicial official, and every decent human being to look closely at this situation before irreversible harm is done.
Please investigate.
Please intervene.
Please protect these girls before it is too late.
Justice for Lilith and Evi Wright begins with action now.
