• Stop Developers from Forcing HOAs on Future Homeowners
• Ban the automatic creation of HOAs in new developments.
• Return Responsibility for Roads and Parks to Local Governments
• Public infrastructure should be a public responsibility, not left to poorly managed HOAs.
