Petition For Electronic Arts To Stop Falsely Banning Their Customers

Petition For Electronic Arts To Stop Falsely Banning Their Customers
The Issue
TLDR: I am permanently banned from using a fairly purchased product without me conciously violating the Terms of Service, and I am unable to get at EA anyone to actually help me with this issue, or even a chance to talk to a real person. I am not using any known software which is prohibited by EA, like for example Cronus.
I believe that Electronic Arts had crossed a significant red line with their behavior towards their customers, and I strongly believe that Community needs to make their voice loud and clear.

Hello everyone. First of all, I would like to tell you my story, which actually led me to this petition.
My name is Jan, I'm 30 and I reside in the European Union. I have been loyal Electronic Art's customer for more than 10 years, a huge fan of the Battlefield franchise, and I have played Battlefield games all the way from Battlefield 3, through Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1, and Battlefield 5. And I would like to stress that I have never been banned for cheating in my life. My FPS skill was never really bad, so there was never the need. I have always enjoyed the games as they were.
So, when I had an option to play Battlefield 6 Beta, I happily jumped aboard and I have actually pre-ordered (not that it's related to the issue at hand) the game once I enjoyed the Beta very much.
Then, on 17th of October, after playing Battlefield 6 for 9 hours on total, I have suddenly realized that my Battlefield 6 account was permanently banned due to using "Game Enhancement Software". Naturally, I got confused, because (as I have already mentioned) I have never cheated in my life.
I appealed, and after a few days, Electronic Arts claimed that they have investigated the issue again and their decision still stands. What is even more strange is, that I never actually got told what exactly was found in my computer. Obviously, I have no software installed which could be used for cheating. I am not even using any mouse macros or anything like that.
So, I appealed 4 other times and to no avail. My latest appeal is now "Waiting for Studio" for several weeks now without any activity.
I believe that Electronic Arts had crossed a significant red line with their behavior towards their customers, and I strongly believe that Community needs to make their voice loud and clear. Not to mention that this is very illegal in the European Union with regards to the EU Digital Services act, in the way that a customer who fairly purchased the product had been removed from the ability to use a major part of the product.
We are therefore demaning Electronic Arts to stop their illegal conduct and treatment of their fair customers and fans, and to take significant action to mitigate innocent users being removed from the ability to use Battlefield 6 Online Services.
And so you can see that this is a global issue with possibly hundreds or even thousands of people being affected, please take a look into following threads:
