The residents of Persimmon Hill are deeply concerned about the actions and behavior of current board member Gary Lee. It has come to light that the Homeowners Association (HOA) is embroiled in a lawsuit against Gary Lee, with claims amounting to over $26,000. Such legal disputes reflect poorly on the leadership and management, creating unnecessary tension and financial burdens for our community.

Furthermore, recent events have unraveled concerning behavior from Gary Lee's family members. They were reported to have used the local Facebook page for dubious activities, including attempting to gain addresses to harass a donations pick-up man and allegedly stealing items from his truck. This breach of trust and misuse of community resources has left many residents feeling vulnerable and unsafe.

The integrity of our community and the transparency of our leadership is of utmost importance to us. Thus, it is imperative that we hold a special meeting to address these issues and vote on the removal of Gary Lee from the board. This meeting would allow residents to voice their concerns, restore faith in our community governance, and ensure we have leaders who put our community's interests first.
